Arc is the default treasury chain
- We measured our costs on each chain: Avalanche is about 2.32x more expensive than Arc on average.
- As a result of the hackathon, Arc becomes BUFI's default treasury chain and Avalanche is opt-in.
- This is the one lever that cuts ongoing cost for every workspace.
- Arc mainnet is already fully supported, so it's a change of default, not a migration. Existing Avalanche treasuries keep working.
